Service description
Curb provides AI-generated home preparation checklists with estimated costs and return-on-investment projections to help homeowners prepare their property for sale. The service includes a Home Readiness Score, a personalized task list, and progress tracking.
Subscription plans
Monthly ($9.99/month): Includes a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Lifetime ($39.99): A single in-app purchase for full access. No recurring charges. No subscription.
Web purchases are processed by Stripe. iOS purchases are processed by Apple.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID subscription settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions) or by contacting us. Monthly subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

You should verify all work, recommendations, and decisions with qualified local professionals before acting on them.
Limitation of liability
Curb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on AI-generated recommendations, or decisions made based on information provided by Curb.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Curb will be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
