How does the Home Readiness Score work?
After completing the 6-question quiz about your home's condition, timeline, and budget, Curb's AI generates a 0-100 score showing how prepared your home is to hit the market, along with a prioritized list of fixes ranked by estimated dollar impact.
What's included for free?
The quiz, your Home Readiness Score, and your top 3 recommended fixes are completely free. A subscription unlocks the full 12-item checklist, ROI calculator, live score updates, Sell-Ready Date tracking, and all future updates.
How much does Curb cost?
Curb is free to start. The Pro upgrade is $9.99 per month with a 7-day free trial, or $39.99 one-time for lifetime access. Web payments are processed by Stripe. iOS purchases are handled by Apple.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Your Curb subscription is managed through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete your data two ways. In the app, tap the gear icon on the dashboard and select Delete Account. By email, send a request to getcurbapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include your account email address. Requests are processed within 30 days.
